Ingredients

• 1 cup water (mineral or spring)

• 1 cup aloe vera juice

• 15 drops of essential oil of clary sage

• 10 drops of essential oil of rosemary

Mix ingredients and pour into a spray . Spray regularly on the scalp. Make followed by a massage. Do not rinse.

Aloe vera juice ... moisturizes and nourishes hair. Improves the condition of damaged hair. Opposed to hair loss. Contains many amino acids (the basic constituents of proteins) and vitamins of all types (A, B and E).

rosemary essential oil ... cleanses the scalp and strengthens hair. It is also known to stimulate their growth. To be avoided in hypertension and during pregnancy (although learning about essential oils because they may be discouraged in some cases)

clary sage essential oil ... promotes hair growth. A proscribed during pregnancy and heart failure.

Needless to say, this lotion is not magic! For efficiency, it is strongly recommended to use it to complement a healthy balanced diet (or well complement a yeast supplementation, etc.).. Good nutrition is, remember, the best course of action on hair growth.

And then leaves to massage your scalp regularly, as much to do with stimulating lotion!
